Five Animal Frolics Qi Gong, 五禽戲
This is an event series

The Five Animal Frolics (Wu Qin Xi, 五禽戲) is a classical qi gong system attributed to Hua Tuo, a renowned Chinese physician of the 2nd century C.E. Inspired by the movements of the Crane, Bear, Deer, Tiger, and Monkey, these elegant yet simple qi gong exercises have profound healing effects, helping to eliminate illness and promote longevity.

A favorite practice of great-grandmaster Hu Yaozhen, Wu Qin Xi is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. The playful movements nourish the internal organs, open the energy channels associated with each animal, and ultimately lay the foundation for deeper alchemical cultivation.
