A 501(c)(3) non-profit, the Taoist Studies Institute is located in Seattle's Greenwood / Phinney Ridge Neighborhood, though most of our classes can be streamed online. We offer classes in Tai Chi Chuan (Taiji Quan), Qi Gong, Taoist (Daoist) philosophy, meditation, internal martial arts, and more for beginners through advanced practitioners.
