Hun Yuan Gong
The Hun Yuan Gong set combines Taoist internal alchemy and martial Qigong methods in an extremely effective and elegant system. This set is designed to combine prenatal and postnatal qi to supplement the essential qi of the body.

Tuesdays 9:00 - 10:30 AM
Thursdays 6:00 - 7:00 PM
Saturdays 9:00 - 10:00 AM

Chan Si Gong
The Chan Si Gong set specifically develops silk reeling energy, a kind of spiral movement connecting through the entire body. Chan Si Gong builds internal power and cultivates the eight energies. In addition to promoting good health, these movements all have practical martial applications.

Mondays 9:00 - 10:00 AM
Tuesdays 6:00 - 7:00 PM
Thursdays 7:00 - 8:00 PM

Fang Song Gong
Fang Song Gong (Relaxing Gong) is one of the sets from the Hun Yuan Taiji system. Fang Song Gong is a seemingly very simple method of Qigong but the effects of continued practice are profound. Originally a secret set it has only recently been made public.

Wednesdays 6:00 - 7:00 PM

Chen Style Xinyi Hunyuan Taiji Quan
The hallmarks of Chen Style Taijiquan are variation in speed, alternating soft and explosive movements, and a kind of spiraling movement known as chan si jin (silk reeling enegy). Emphasizing lower stances and a more energetic performance, Chen Style has forms suited for both beginning and advanced practitioners.

Ba Gua Zhang
Ba Gua Zhang, like Taiji Quan, is comprised of a comprehensive system of internal martial arts and meditative practices. Ba Gua Zhang is philosophically related to the Yi Jing, or "Book of Changes". In its basic practice, special stepping techniques are used to walk a circle, while various coiling methods are used to change direction around the circle. Ba Gua Zhang is as difficult to learn as it is beautiful.

Mondays 6:00 - 7:00 PM
Mondays 7:00 - 8:00 PM (Intermediate and Advanced only)
Wednesdays 9:00 - 10:00 AM
Saturdays 8:00 - 9:00 AM

Push Hands
Push hands is a system of two person exercises that develop "listening" ability and continue to develop the internal energies cultivated in the Taiji quan form. These skills, developed in the solo forms, are expanded in push hands to include another person. Push hands is the basic training for martial application in Taiji quan.

By Permission: Tuesdays 8:00 - 9:00 PM
By Permission: Saturdays 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Alexander Technique
The Alexander Technique is a simple and practical method for improving ease and freedom of movement, balance, support, flexibility, and coordination. Its principles coincide with Taiji's first principle of "empty the neck so the intrinsic energy can reach the top of the head." Practice of this technique helps refine and heighten kinesthetic awareness. This class is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

Wednesdays 10:00 - 11:00 AM

Youth Class
This class will include exercises to develop dexterity, awareness, coordination and strength. Participants will learn movements of animals such as the bear, monkey, crane and tiger as well as martial arts training exercises and forms. For youth aged 6-16.

Mondays 4:00 - 5:00 PM
