A playful exploration of the movement, qi, and spirit of the five animals.
A classic qigong method transmitted from the famous Han dynasty physician Hua Tuo, the five animal frolics are based on the movements and spirit of the crane, bear, deer, tiger, and monkey.
The five animal frolics strengthen the body, nourish the qi and essence and gather the spirit.
