Payment Information

When and How to Pay
Payment for classes and all other curriculum offerings are due at or before the activity that you plan to attend. Payments may be made in person at the school during office or class hours, or at the time of your registered event by placing your payment and any accompanying forms in the silver TSI toolbox located near the stairway. Please use and label the envelopes provided. Or, payments can be mailed to:

  • Taoist Studies Institute
    225 North 70th St.
    Seattle, WA 98103

Please include your name, activity, and date for which you are submitting your payment, if no Membership Form or Monthly Notice is included with your submission. Advance notice and payment is always appreciated–note that sometimes it is mandatory for special events.

We accept credit cards: to pay by credit card (Visa or Master Card), simply use a Monthly Notice form. The form includes a section for credit card information. At your request, we can keep your card information on our secure server  for future registrations or payments. Once your card is stored you will only need your last four numbers on your card for payments thus protecting your vital information.

For your convenience you can also use the Pay Pal link provided below.

Monthly Notices are mailed to active students. They list upcoming curriculum offerings and make it easy for students to plan for events and make any monthly payments. For those students taking more than one class per week, there is a significant savings paying monthly versus the drop-in rate.

Paying monthly provides participating students with four free weeks of classes per year! This allows TSI to provide an easy policy with regards to school closures for major holidays or weather-related emergencies: no complicated make-up policy is needed as the advantage is enjoyed by our students.

If you have any Tuition/Attendance questions, please call 206-784-5632 or email

*You can download the Membership Form and the Student Registration Form (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to view) and either mail the completed forms in with your check, or you may bring them to the school. Your membership would begin immediately upon their receipt.
