It’s time to make a decision! We need to know how many students are interested in making a trip to China. We will be leaving October 5th and returning October 21st. The dates may change +0r – 2 days depending availability and cost of the flight. We need a minimum number of students for this trip to be feasible. As such, we need replies from interested students as soon as possible! Please reply by Monday June 24. If we have enough students, we will be collecting money to purchase the airline tickets by the end of June. Full payment will need to be made by the end of September, before we leave Seattle.

Harrison will lead this trip and we will also train with Master Chen Xiang during the two weeks that we are in China. This will be our third trip to China with the previous trips taking place in 2003 and 2007. As this is primarily a training trip, we will be practicing qigong and forms an average of 5hrs a day. Students are also encouraged to attend the Taoist walking workshop in September (if you were not able to attend the retreat). By doing this you will be able to make better use of your time in China.

The cost of the trip is $2800. This includes all food, lodging and transportation inside China. This leaves the cost of the round trip airline ticket from Seattle to Beijing and Chengdu Seattle (currently about $950) and the Chinese visa fee of $130. Please note that ticket prices do change and that the earlier we purchase the ticket, the sooner you lock in the price. We will let you know if we have enough students by June 27.
