The Basics Series Workshop
Sunday November 19th, 9:30am-12:00pm

Instructor: Joseph Pau

Finding the qualities of soft, long and round in our movements.

The aim of this workshop is to give students a way to discover what it means to soften. It is only when you have found a way to soften, that you can understand what being long means. Only when you are both soft and long can you truly be round.

We will be taking moves from the forms and gong sets to find the easiest way to feel what softening, lengthening and roundness is. As such, students are required to have at least one year’s worth of classes at T.S.I.
