Chansi gong systematically opens the joints, circulates qi throughout the channels and develops and coordinates the taiji energies in the body. Silk reeling is taiji expressed in the interactive movement of yin and yang linking and integrating the entire body.

In this workshop, we will examine the underlying principles of silk reeling and break down several of the exercises, exploring them in detail.
